I practice in a holistic approach where every person's body, mind and spirit are addressed. My background is in the following areas of psychology: developmental, social, positive, gestalt and spiritual. In addition, I am certified in actualization of human vital strengths (such as goal attainment and competency) and their restoration in traumatic experiences (IFHIM, Montreal); in SITA approach (EU); gestalt (University of Ljubljana), pastoral ministry (CTU, Chicago), in Psychosynthesis (Synthesis NorthEast, VT) and in Internal Family Systems Model (IFS, MA).

Brief Bio: I am an adjunct professor at Boston College, and the Hellenic College, in Boston, MA, teaching courses such as Trauma, Personality Dynamics, Marriage and the Family, Self-Care in the Helping Professions and Mental Health Across the Life-Span. I have also written several books and numerous scientific and professional articles on topics such as self-identities (body, sexual, executive, social, individual, spiritual), scapegoating and impact of the technology/high stress on relationships.
